Our Commitments

Five commitments we make to every client, written into every engagement.

The Five

What you get when you work with us.

Not legal disclaimers. Five commitments we put in writing on every engagement, so you know what we hold ourselves to before you sign anything. The page is just where we name them.

1

Increased Business Value

We baseline your business valuation at engagement start and re-run it six months after delivery using the same methodology, apples to apples. Systematised businesses are worth more than unsystematised ones to acquirers, investors, lenders, and partners. The Playbook, the documented processes, the operational discipline, they show up on the balance sheet of a future sale.

2

Confidentiality

NDAs in place before discovery. We never reference a client by name in marketing without written permission, we don't share competitive intelligence between clients, and we don't quote stats from one engagement to win another. Your data, your systems, your numbers, they stay yours. Full stop.

3

Improved Operational Efficiency

Every engagement starts by identifying the highest-impact operational areas of your business, the parts where unsystematised work is bleeding margin, time, or quality. We work there first. By delivery, the metrics that actually drive your business, margin, throughput, ramp time, retention, move in the right direction. And you get hours of your week back from operational firefighting.

4

Easy-to-use Systems and Approach

By default we build your team an Operational Intelligence Hub: a web application built for your business and owned by your business. Not a seat on our platform, not a subscription you rent from us. If the engagement ends, the hub stays with you. If you already run Trainual, Whale, Notion, or SharePoint and your team is settled there, we work in your tool instead. Either way we build adoption into the engagement: key team members are involved early so they become champions of the system rather than reluctant adopters. Owner-readable, team-actionable, ready on day one.

5

Metrics that Matter

You'll leave each engagement with operational metrics that actually drive business outcomes, not vanity numbers. Baseline figures, target ranges, owners per metric. The metrics travel with the Playbook so the team can self-assess without us in the room, and they connect directly back to Guarantee #1: the lift in business value we can measure six months on.

In Writing

All five travel in the proposal.

Every engagement is contracted through Practice Ignition. The five commitments above are written into the proposal alongside scope, deliverables, timeline, and price, locked before we touch your business. These aren't "good intentions." They're commitments you can hold us to.
